nascar speedparkFor you race fans out there, be sure to make the trip over to Sevierville and visit NASCAR SpeedPark. They feature 9 tracks that vary in size all the way up to a quarter-miler. The Smoky Mountain Speedway lets you drive a 1/2 size actual NASCAR racecar around a quarter-mile track. The Competitor lets you experience the feel of a NASCAR short track with high bankings. For you Dale Earnhardt Fans, race The Intimidator, a course so tough it was named after one of NASCAR's all-time greats. The kids will enjoy Baby Bristol, where children over forty inches tall can start early on their future NASCAR career.

There are plenty of other activities at NASCAR SpeedPark as well. During the summer, cruise around on their water bumber boats. Or you can play some fantasy golf at their Dragon's Lair miniature golf course. There are plenty of things for the kids as well, like the SpeedDome Arcade, Kiddie Speedway, Indoor Playground, and miniature train ride. If you feel like some exercise, try out their indoor rock climbing facility. Then, for even more excitement, take a trip in the full motion, 70 percent scale NASCAR racecar simulator.

NASCAR SpeedPark is a good bang for the buck as it is only $32 for an all day pass. There may be additional costs for other attractions. They are usually open year around.
